Are the prices current?
Prices shown are the developer's own figures as checked on 7 October 2026 — for projects still selling, the lowest price among the units Emaar listed that day. Prices and availability change often — message us on WhatsApp for today's price list and the units still available.
What does 'Resale' mean here?
The developer has no units listed for sale in that project, so you buy from an existing owner. On an off-plan resale you usually pay what the seller has already paid and take over the remaining instalments.
